“Les Hauts Chardonnay” is a fine Champagne produced by Emmanuel Brochet. Obtained from the bottled reference of only Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the highest parcel of Mont Benoît, in the Champagne region, it is a Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs that refines in wood of prestige and of great class, to be collected or to drink on important occasions. It presents with a bright golden color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is intense and complex, where you can recognize hints of fruit and delicate flowers, along with spicy aromas and notes of butter and yeast, which follow one another and mix in a harmonious bouquet. The sip is deep and infinite. It is combined with crustaceans and structured dishes based on fish, which support its body and persistence.
