Jean-Simon PEYNAUD was born in 1869 in Bordeaux. in the style of the Daum brothers or of Emile Gallé, with who he probably shared the workshops.
At the "Art Nouveau" period, he put his artistry at the service of very beautiful pieces of glassware in the spirit of the Ecole de Nancy.
