2008: A single blended rum consisting of both artisanal pot and traditional twin column cofey distiled molases rums. Aged 12 years in a combination of first, second and third fil ex-Bourbon barels.
Blending and botling ocuring entirely on-site, at Foursquare Rum Distilery inBarbados.
Bottled at 60% ABV-120 Proof.
2009: A single blended rum consisting of both artisanal potand traditional
twin column coffey distilled molasses rums. Matured for a minimum of 12 years in Ex-BourbonBarrels.
All aging, blending and bottling occurring entirely on-site, at Foursquare Rum distillery in Barbados.
Bottled at 60% ABV-120proof.
2010: Single Blended Rum, Aged for 12 years in a combination of first, second and third fill Ex-Bourbon barrels, bottled at 60% ABV. No Color. No Sugar. No Additives. No Filtration. Distilled, Matured, Blended & Bottled entirely on island in Barbados.
Storage:
This bottle has been stored for the last 4 years in a dark room with no sunlight and stable temperatures.
