Minolta Autocord CDS, TLR camera 6x6 format on 120 film, "The Poor Man's Rolleiflex," never got much respect. This example is in great condition. The focusing image is clear and clean and the focus action's smooth. The 7,5cm f/3.5 Rokkor lens (essentially a Tessar) is clean and unblemished. No scratches, No fungus inside, No separation between the lenses, No haze. The apertures are all functioning correctly. The shutter shot at all speed and also the low speed are great for my ears. The focusing screen and fine focusing magnifier are crystal clear. I don't know if the light meter works because I don't have the battery to test it, it originally worked with Mallory RM-1R mercury batteries but I don't know what equivalent batteries the market offers today, mercury batteries are certainly no longer produced. The battery compartment has no corrosion and is in perfect condition. The tripod mount looks virgin. This is a wonderful and rare camera. Leather case is in great condition, all original.
