Byzantine Gold Exclusive Zoomorphic Openwork Pendant shaped as a Dove symbolizing 'the Holy Spirit'. Impressive work on this object, obviously made by a very skillful jeweler made interesting ornamentation on the chest, multiple spirals in a circle, beautifully shaped wings and a tile with an embossed solar, round decoration. Eyes and the beak also interestingly slightly stylized shaped. Four loops inclusive three below the body two playing a role of legs and on below the tile giving the balance and one with a suspension loop on the neck.
Absolutely Intact, wearable.
Very Rare, especially in this superb grade.
