The brothers François Hemony (Levécourt, 1609-Amsterdam,
1667) and Pierre (Pieter) Hemony (1619-Levécourt, Amsterdam, 1680)
were the most important bell founders of the 17th century in the
The Netherlands. They were the first in the world to produce a purely
tuned chime, and with this developed the
carillon into a full-fledged
musical instrument. In the period 1642-1679 they would produce fifty-one
carillons.
The table bell will be carefully packed and sent by registered mail.
