The board is made of stylish mahogany-coloured wood with a recessed centre that is lined with green felt. The print is in gold. Below the playing field is a drawer for the banker. The compartments are also lined with green felt. The drawer features a knob with a solid bronze Monopoly coin. The other 3 sides of the board feature a gold-coloured Monopoly shield. The subsurface of the streets has the same mahogany colour as of the wood. Even the manual and the "Portfolio Properties" are in this colour. There are 10 tokens of gilded, solid pewter, including a handbag and water clock. The architecturally designed houses and hotels are moulded and are silvered and gilded. The banknotes are also very luxurious and are especially designed for the Edition for collectors. There is twice as much money as usual.
