4 Masters Kartell chairs in the special colour "mustard", by Philippe Starck. The lot has a few non-disturbing signs of wear. The Masters chair is a true homage to three symbolic chairs, revisited by Starck's creative genius. The unique silhouettes of the "7 Series" by Arne Jacobsen, the "Tulip Armchair" by Eero Saarinen and the "Eiffel Chair" by Charles Eames. The seat of the Master's chair is supported by four thin legs and it is spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the special finish, the chair is sensually velvety. Needless to say, the special feature of this chair is the backrest: the curvilinear crossing of the three different railings creates full and open spaces, to eventually intertwine in the circumference of the chair. The Masters is light, practical and stackable. The chair is also suited for outdoor use. The Masters chair was awarded the prestigious "Good Design Award 2010", awarded by the Chicago Athenaeum - Museum of Architecture and Design. Material in the mass is mustard-coloured polypropylene.
