The bugle or flugelhorn is a brass instrument that is an important instrument in brass band orchestras. The instrument is tuned in B-flat or Es (sporadically also called C) with three valves.
This approx. 100 year old instrument has the following inscription:

The instrument is in good condition. Valves move excellently and the pistons are in good condition/adjustable.
