The adoption of the Fafani Act of 1962 resulted in a quantum leap for Lamborghini Trattori, propelling the quality and the scope of their production significantly forward. The Act provided a subsidy for farmers who bought agricultural machinery built in Italy, which allowed Lamborghini Trattori to develop into a legitimate and serious industrial player. A new plant was opened in 1956, and in 1960 the company released the model we are offering here, the Lamborghini 2241R. This rare model was produced until 1963. Only 731 units of the 2241R were built. According to the Italian authorities, about 280 copies are registered at the motor vehicle office. What the condition of these tractors is, and whether these vehicles still exist, is impossible to say. The offered model is therefore extremely rare, and it is in fantastic condition.
