Set of four green signed handmade Berkemeier glasses, inspired by the 17th century Berkemeier glasses from the Rijksmuseum collection. The Berkemeier was a popular wine glass and the forerunner of the Roemer glass. The glasses are in mint condition, I never used them and always kept them in the boxes. These glasses are hand made authentically in a limited edition for the Rijksmuseum. They are unused in perfect mint condition and are now no longer available in the Rijksmuseum. Because the glasses are handcrafted, each specimen differs slightly in diameter and height, but together they form a stylish (usable) set. Foot diameter: approx. 6 cm. Diameter: approx 10 cm.
