Russian military wrist watch from the years of the USSR / CCCP. The Vostok / Восток Komandirskie Tank watch was worn by officers who belonged to a tank division. This is an original USSR version (end 70s - early 80s), no modern version from after the fall of the Soviet Union. The watch has been made for the Soviet Ministry of Defense. Below the dial it says ЗАКАЗ МО СССР, which means "Order from the Ministry of Defense of the USSR". At the back it says: СДЕЛАНО В СССР (made in the USSR), ВОСТОК (Vostok / Wostok), number 501202, ВОДОНЕПРОНИЦАЕМЫЕ (waterproof). the watch runs very well. 17 jewels movement; fully wound it runs for 36 hours. Screwed crown and rotatable bezel. there are signs of use on the back, furthermore this watch is in fine condition. The glass is scratch-less. Dimensions: 40 mm without crown - 45 mm with crown.
