Original Dutch Fiat 238 campervan from March 1979. This campervan was in use until 2012 and then stored. Very nice and now a rare sight, it’s a nice retro alternative to for example the VW T2/T3. The Fiat still has its original interior with wooden cabinets, fridge, twin-burner gas stove, sink and even a petrol heater by Eberspächer. The chassis and the bottom are in hard condition but they do need some work, however that’s limited to the sills, mainly the front left one. The doors and flanks are also in fairly hard condition, but will also need some attention. Most of the work will be on the edge of the roof, this is clearly visible in the photos. Above the sliding doors and the front left corner are the worst. One wooden panel inside has rotted away, presumably because of a leak in the roof edge. The clutch and handbrake work. The Fiat 4337061 engine is stuck, presumably from standing still for a long time. There are some invoices, including an invoice from 2010 when the distribution was replaced. In my opinion a very nice object with potential, available for a significantly lower price than comparable German campervans. The engine capacity and horsepower mentioned were looked up online, these details are not on the registration. The registration is complete and can be exported. The number of kilometres is the actual odometer reading. It is recommended to view the car prior to placing a bid in order to prevent disappointment afterwards.
