Beautiful folding Chinese chess set made of carved wood with Chinese motifs. On the sides there are meticulously carved floral motifs. This set comes with two boxes to keep all the pieces. These green and brown jade pieces were carved by Chinese craftsmen using ancestral techniques. The board dimensions are 45 x 45 x 6 cm (opened) and 45 x 22.5 x 12 cm (folded), the hinges are made of metal and the full set of fine walnut wood. The pieces are between 5 and 7 cm and their base has the perfect size for the board squares. Each of them has motifs of Chinese ancient customs, flora and fauna. This chess set weighs around 4 kilos.
