Okyes (1987) - Golden Bored Ape (Chrome Collection)
- This work is part of a super exclusive collection called "Chrome Collection" by Okyes;
- the sculpture is printed in PLA and then there is a huge manual intervention by the artist. the sculpture is sanded, perfected with resin and painted. As it has a strong manual component, it is normal for there to be irregularities on the surface of the sculpture, however this does not affect the work itself, but still makes it more "human" and makes each of the 10 sculptures in the edition unique from each other (see photos) ;
- the painting of this sculpture must be protected from friction and UV rays, this sculpture is made for indoor use;
