Beautiful pre-war wristwatch made by the Elgin Watch Co., according to the serial number it was made in 1936. It has a mechanical movement inside, 15 jewels, which is still running strong and keeping excellent time. The service history is unknown, but inside the back lid there are some watchmaker markings, so it has seen some professionals during its existence. The watch case is 10k Gold-filled and made by Wadsworth Case Co. This case is still in a good condition, only small signs of wear, as can be seen on the photo's. The length of watch and bracelet is around 22 cm. The dimensions of the watch are 27x 33 mm. without crown and lugs. With crown and lugs it is 29 x 38 mm.
