From 'Last Century' by maestro Vittorio Capovilla to the first Italian whisky Florentis, via Carsa8, the extraordinary Clairin aged in Caroni casks: these are the releases created and bottled in unique editions, specially dedicated to Velier Live 2024, which will be available exclusively for participants at the pleasant event in Milan on 18 and 19 February.
This fine brandy is the result of the distillation of Williams pears, from ancient plants cultivated in the areas surrounding the Levico and Caldonazzo lakes.
The pears, harvested at the right time of ripeness, are left to ferment spontaneously and then subjected to a double-pass bain-marie distillation process.
