Bulldog This Gin, entirely produced in England, was launched on the market in 2006 and immediately, thanks also to its captivating look, attracted the attention of the public, especially young people, and critics. Sophisticated and complex, it is the product of four distillations, carried out following the traditional method of the discontinuous copper still, and is purified by three filtering cycles, to best enhance its aromatic characteristics. Innovative in its aromas, it is absolutely the first Gin to combine exotic ingredients, such as poppy seeds, dragon's eye (a Chinese fruit similar to litchi) and lotus leaves, as well as other more classic botanicals, among the such as juniper, almonds and lemon. A new and completely different flavour, to be best savored as a base for numerous cocktails, to which it will give a particular tropical flavour. Brilliant and transparent, it presents a smell of white flowers, jasmine and lily of the valley, together with citrus hints of lime and sweeter and toasted notes of hazelnut and almond, as well as light mineral sensations. The gustatory impact expresses juniper and the freshness of aromatic herbs, as well as vegetal sensations of cut grass and notes of crunchy white fruits, together with hints of lavender, for a floral and warm finish. 1 l'iter Hendrick's This Gin was born from the great experience and tradition of Scottish master distillers, with a production process that recalls the preparation of Whisky, using two discontinuous copper stills, to enhance the purest and most refined aromas of the botanicals used. In addition to the traditional blend of herbs and spices, Bulgarian rose petals and local cucumbers are added during distillation. To further enhance the quality of the distillate, production takes place in small batches of 450 litres, to keep each step under control.
