Fajó began leading workshops and teaching in the 70’s and 80’s at the Pesti Műhely, the Józsefváros Gallery, and the Academy of Applied Arts in Hungary. In the last twenty years, Fajó has become one of Hungary’s leading contemporary artists. He has shown in over 50 solo and 100 group exhibitions in Hungary, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Germany, France, and Italy. He has numerous collectors and is in museum collections through Europe.
