"Fattoria dei Barbi has created a lovely Riserva. The 2010 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva exhibits power and grace. The quality of the fruit is evident and the bouquet opens to dark cherry, pressed rose, cola, balsam herb and spicy tobacco. Those aromas faithfully underline the best qualities to be found in aged Sangiovese. At the back, the wine shows firm, but finely textured tannins and a bright vein of crisp acidity." Robert Parker
