Initially he worked in the professional sector of video-photographic advertising production, architectural photography and reproduction of the works of art of numerous artists including the painter Renzo Tubaro, his father. Characteristic of his path is the hybridization of languages ​​which, always inscribed in photography, refer to cultural considerations, sensitivity and formal solutions indebted to painting as well as music, theatre, cinema and architecture. He participates in the curation of numerous exhibition and editorial projects, coordinating educational initiatives and workshops on photography proposed by public bodies and cultural associations. He taught "Art of Photography and Cinematography" for over thirty years at the "Giovanni Sello" State Art School in Udine. For his photographic research he received the Friuli Venezia Giulia Photography award from CRAF in 1999. In 2018 he was presented by MADE4ART at the international art exhibitions MIA Photo Fair (The Mall, Milan) and WopArt in Lugano. At the MADE4ART headquarters he participates in the collective exhibitions created on the occasion of the Photofestival “Elements” (2018) and “Dreamland” (2021) and in 2020 a selection of the artist's works are exhibited during the exhibition dedicated to the well-known artist Marco Lodola “LUCI FOR THE FUTURE” (MADE4ART, Milan). In 2020, with the works of the “Fotogenic Rooms” series, he was among the winners of the “New post photography award” in 2021, a recognition dedicated to the new trends in contemporary photography, the photographs were presented MIA Photo Fair at the MADE4ART stand (Superstudio MAXI , Milan) and at the Mesiac Fotografie Festival in Bratislava. In 2023, on the occasion of the personal exhibition held in Palazzo Costanzi in Trieste, the monograph “Luminous Traces” was published. We find his works at the Gallery of Modern Art in Udine, at the Photography Research and Archiving Center of Spilimbergo, at FMF Archive of Milan and in numerous public and private collections.
