Vine Training: Guyot Size of vineyard: 0,65 Hectares Vines/hectare: 4800 Vine age: 25 years Yield/hectare: from 1250 to 2500 kg Harvest: Manual in little box of maximum 15 kg delivered to the cellar within half hour from the harvest. Winemaking: soft destemming and transfer directly to the OAK barrel where the grape remain completely intact during fermentation for 100 days, no yeast added, no filtration and no clarification. Aging: 4 years in oak barrel not completely full of 20 hectolitres. Bottled November 2015 Alchol: 15,5 % Bottles produced: 1500 of 0,75 L
