After WWII Germany lost all patents, part of Germany was controlled by Soviet Union.
The equipment of the Carl Zeiss plant was transported to Kyiv (Ukraine)
Camera was produced in 1976—1985 dedicated to Olympic Games in 1980.
You can see Kiev 4 (but without exposure meter ) in film Rum Diary with Johnny Depp
Camera looks is working, rotate film, shutter is working, change excerpt
Self-timer is working
But how correct it works I don't know and can not check, it sells like decorative and collectible object.
Lens has little dust in glasses
It is rangefinder camera.
