Fantastic box containing 8 ammonites, many of which are very rare! In the lot are two Perisphinctes sp, one nautiloid, one Lytoceras, one Calliphylloceras, one Acanthoceras and two other rare ammonites!
The dimensions range from 7.5 x 6 x 22 cm (largest ammonite) to 4.7 x 3.6 x 1.6 cm (smallest ammonite). The box measures 30 x 21 x 8 cm. The total weight of the box with the ammonites inside is 750 grams. All warnings come from Madagascar and date back to the Cretaceous period!
