Bang & Olufsen BeoGram 1001 - extremely rare
Very rare BeoGram 1001, the last series of manually operated record players by B&O, many BeoGram 1000 types preceded it. Revised by B&O professional technician, specialized in B&O turntables.
Small detail differences: plastic base instead of hardboard, smoother suspension, plastic speed switch, which only indicates 33 and 45, but he also plays 78. No possibility for installation of a preamp, was at that time also no longer necessary.
Comes with an improved tonearm, with built-in anti skating. With the better arm a better element can also be used, namely the SP 12 instead of the SP 6/7.
This player has been overhauled, the engine disassembled, bearings polished, and works straight away. Fine-tuning works perfectly. New drive belt which meets the B&O specs. Oiled wood casing and polished cover. Including DIN/cinch cable and manual.
