The magnetic heads are the famous Glass & Ferrite with almost infinite lifetime, no wear at all. For tape reels up to 26cm (10.5 inches) diameter. The recorder is fully working with astounding sound quality, the recordings at 19cm/s cannot be distinguished from the source signal in an A/B comparison. Delivered with a AKAI metal reel with tape, an empty metal reel, 2 NAB adapters and a printed user's manual copy.
