A large detailed "classic figure" sculpture by the Italian artist 'maestro' Amilcare Santini (1910-1975) out of Florence/Fiorenza, depicting a Roman female bather. Mid 20th century. Sculpture is made out of hard alabaster resin. Condition is very good with no damages at all. Statue has some patina and smaller marks and dots ( see detailed photographs !!) . It was only cleaned very softly. This example is nicely signed with A Santini and bears the additional sticker on the underside of the pedestal: Classic figure - Sculptore A Santini - Made in Italy. 30 photographs are taken with and without flash ( hence the difference in colour ) Weight without packaging is around 2 kilograms.
