This rare model 17 is mechanically in great condition.
Barrelmakers name is Sandvik.
Serial number on barrel and stock is 69814.
The inside of barrels are good and have some minor black powder deposit.
This is an original short end shotgun.
The barrels are 54 cm or 21 inch long.
It's completely free from slack, both open and closed. Also is it equipped with the lefaucheux under lever.
Woodwork is in good shape with an elk and a bird engraved on the stock.
A great antique shooter and historic stagecoach shotgun.
