About the brand:
Karolina was founded in 1860 by the German entrepreneur Traugott Silber under the name Königszelt. He was later joined by August Rappsilber and Carl Hackmann.
From the very beginning, the factory began producing high-quality porcelain, which was already shown at the 1870 trade fair in Wrocław.
It was awarded a diploma at the International Exhibition in Vienna in 1873.
