A Chinese (Canton) large 'famille rose' plate with so-called 'rose medallion' decoration, late 19th century, ca 1.8 cm. high and 26 cm. Ø. The centre decorated with a duck near flowering plants surrounded by four silkworm-edged cartouches containing scenes with four persons in an interior and with a duck pair near blossoming plants, slanted foot ring, minor rim chips and rim crack (2.2 cm.)
