CD-4 decoder from 1975.
In that time, there was 4-channel playback of CD4 gramophone records. Because of the special way of pressing, the 4 channels were still pressed in 1 groove.
To convert these signals back in a front and back signal, a decoder was deeded. This was connected to a 4-channel amplifier or 2 stereo amplifiers, and that way quadrophonic music could be played.
This device is still in mint condition and is in the original packaging with a copy of the user manual.
A must-have for the Marantz collectors.
