The depiction is probably Joe Louis and Max Schmeling, although this is not explicitly stated.
The boxing ring is beautifully lithographed.
The toy is by Hans Biller, a former engineer of Bing, who became self-employed after the bankruptcy of Bing in 1932 and whose toys are characterised by high quality and elaborate functions.
Marketed with the company logo "B" and with "made in US-Zone Germany".
Very nicely designed original packaging in quite good condition.
