Giuseppe Succi was born in Emilia in Bagnocavallo in 1914. A painter of fantasy, of fairytales, his art is permeated with this atmosphere of surprise and unreality, and this doesn't just belong to his works of suburban life, but also to compositions of flowers, boats and musicians which seem to shine with their own light in their sometimes grotesque, but always full of humanity, appearances. Painting is signed on bottom right and on back is dated besides the signature.
