Poljot - Chronograph Cal. 3133 - 男士 - 1990-1999
The Poljot 3133 mechanism traces its history back to the Swiss ETA Valjoux 7734, bought by 1 MWF in the 1970s. Russian watchmakers made significant improvements to the design of the Swiss Valjoux 7734 movement, increasing the frequency of the vibrations to 21,600 and increasing the number of stones from 17 to 23.
Initially, the watch was intended for officers of the Soviet Navy and was called the "Ocean" (item 731). Later, a modification was issued for the USSR Air Force under the name Shturmanskie (model 31659, a watch with a locked second hand and a zone time indicator) and a Shturmanskie with a zone time indicator (model 3133). All of these models were produced in limited batches with military acceptance. Only in 1983, watches with a movement of 3133 became available to ordinary customers:)
