Aldo Andreolo was born in Venice in 1926. Thanks to his intense exhibition activity throughout his career, he was known in Italy and abroad (London, New York, Tokyo, Paris, etc.). He became famous for the pictorial cycles of abandoned cars, newsstands and beaches, where his famous stylized women stand still, deeply immersed in meditation or waiting for mysterious events to happen.
