The Philips 783 (LW/MW/FM) is an analogue radio for all classic cars from the late 70s and early 80s. They were placed in a 2CV, Renault 4/5, Ford Escort, Taunus, Volvo, Fiat, Triumph, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, Lada, MG, Zastava, VW Golf and Polo as well as BMW and Mercedes. This approximately 40 year 'old' Philips 783 is a Hi-Q (High Quality) car stereo with LW/MW and FM, preset buttons and a (slide) tone control. The Philips 783 has been tested and works excellent, good reception and playback and working lighting. There is a connection for an electric antenna and the Philips is equipped with a fuse. With good speaker(s), this well-working vintage Philips will give you lots of music enjoyment in your classic car.
