This is a true barn find, the car dates from 1980 and was used on the road last in 1984. Subsequently, the second owner partially restored the car and put it in his private collection. This Saab 99 Turbo comes from an inheritance and concerns a private sale. After we acquired the car the tank has been cleaned and the petrol lines flushed, the oil refreshed and a new oil filter mounted. The K-Jetronic is fitted with new gaskets, membrane and rubber rings so it works again. The warm-up valve has been cleaned and adjusted. The injectors were cleaned ultrasonically and then rinsed under high pressure with injector cleaner on a flush bank. The engine idles nicely, the car drives and shifts well. The car stops but the brakes get stuck and need work. The interior is neat, only the ceiling and the sliding roof need to be refreshed with new headlining.
