Up for auction: Large radiating monstrance, height 53.5 c, weight 1400 g, silver and partly gilded, from around 1680, very beautifully decorated with four angels, grapes and wheat ears, delicate handmade piece, the golden lunula with inserted diamonds was added later; the monstrance shows traces of wear and has not been restored. Pieces like this one are offered extremely rarely. Very beautiful collector’s item in good, age-appropriate state of conservation. Happily, this gorgeous piece has survived the turmoil of time.
