Where else can you see them, a Fiat Argenta 120 i.e. registered on 21-09-1984. The successor to the Fiat 132 with the very strong Lampredi 2.0L twin-cam block with injection and rear-wheel drive. A large, spacious and luxurious saloon for that time with 5 gears, power steering and electric windows. Found in a barn where the previous owner kept it for the last 10 years. He was the second owner and owned the Argenta for just over 25 years. He did start and run the car a few years ago, but unfortunately the starter has broken. I have checked the engine manually and it does rotate. The petrol tank was flushed with fresh petrol and it came out clean. The engine has all fluids, the brake calipers were loosened for it to roll freely. It seems the Argenta should be able to drive again after a major service. The body is hard, the chassis looks solid. The sheet metal has some spots of rust in places. We have taken photos of those spots. The paint itself is in rough condition. Most of the rust is on the sheet metal in the rear right and the bottom of the doors. It’s up to you how much you want to do to it, I suspect replacing the starter, belts and a major service will be enough to have a nice, driving and striking classic. All the electrics were tested by connecting a battery and everything seems to work: heating, lights, windows, etc. The sunroof is waterproof. All four hubcaps are included as well as some spare parts. Two keys included. The Dutch registration is currently suspended.
