in 1990, Philippe Starck wrote down the design for this citrus juicer on a placemat during a dinner.
This gold plated cast aluminium version is numbered (there are only 9999 in the world).

An icon of contemporary design and shown in the MOMA in New York. Juicy Salif Gold Edition limited NUMBERED edition marks the tenth birthday of his first introduction in 1990. There were 9999 numbered items made in 2000, plated on aluminium and numbered to celebrate the tenth anniversary. Very good condition. The item has minimal designs of wear, but was used for representation and never actually used.
