Peill und Putzler crystal glasses from Düren, Germany. In 1947 the German manufacturers Peill & Putzler were merged into a single glasswork and lighting company. The company always worked with important designers such as William Brown and Helmut Demary. In 1950 the factory had 5 glass ovens and in the years afterwards another 2 were added. In 1953 Peill & Putzler joined the founding members of the German Design Council. In 1979 the glass service Messina was made. A romantic design. Mouth-blown and hand-cut crystal.
