It is gilt with black detail on the clip (see image) The system to open and close is by turning the cap (on the top) The clip has a nice detail with Chinese lacquer (see image) In the lower part of the cap it reads: ''S.T. DUPONT PARIS" In the clip there is the serial number and on the other side it reads "Made in France" (see photo) It is a ballpoint pen in very good condition. Ideal for use or collection.
