Rare TIssot Electric, 1969. Jet Engine clock.
The clock is shaped like a jet engine from the fifties/sixties and dates from 1969.
This vintage jet engine clock has a date display and is adjustable. It runs on 1.5 volt battery AA type.
Absolutely a collector's item. It could possibly be brushed a bit.
On the bottom it says ‘Swiss Made 16.8710’.
A brochure from that time said:
"Derby 9129 calibre electronic movement ref.2572, central second hand, melted zinc reactor, eloxidated peralumen stand."
