Tintin - Dédicace Hergé with captain Haddock - [70s]
Unique and extremely rare dédicace by Hergé probably from the 70s, but possibly earlier. Format 5 x 13 cm.
Hergé especially created this pretty elaborate smoking Haddock with a special greeting, for Tom Gutt. Such a dédicace has not been previously reported. Hergé usually created the heads of Tintin and Bobbie as a dédicace. This is a (one-off?) Exception.
The dédicace contains the following text: "A Tom Gutt, Cordialement, Mille Sabords!" (For Tom Gutt, Greetings, Thousand bombs!)
Drawings of Hergé are priceless. This is a unique opportunity to get a hold of a drawing by Hergé.
The drawing was made for the album "Coke en Stock" in 1958 and is a first edition. The album is in fair condition.
