This item has never been used. It was part of a store's inventory that was never sold. Booklets, cartridge and sealed promo Meowth are all flawless. Box has some minor signs of wear on the outside (see pictures). It is expectable that the cartridge's internal battery would be dry. I didn't test it because that would imply sliding it in the console and possibly creating some marks.
