Beautifully designed Alessi "TRONCO" Vase by Mario Botta. Mario Botta had been working on designing a flower vase for Alessi since 1994, exploring an area that probed the borders of craft working, art and design. Between 2001 and 2002 he concentrated on the design of a stainless steel vase with forms inspired by nature: an abstract and linear trunk of a cut tree, with its branches. This limited production vase is made of INOX 18/10 stainless steel. Made in Italy in 2002. Individually numbered edition with number 000370 It is a large / heavy vase with dimensions of approx.
