Up for auction is a nice and RARE 1943 copies of the United States Army Technical Manual TM 30-300 and TM30-318 entitled "Spanish: A Guide to the Spoken Language" and "Turkish: A Guide to the Spoken Language''. The booklets covers many useful Spanish and Turkish words and phrases. The booklets have some black-and-white illustrations to accompany the instructional text; these booklets were issued to the troops just prior to the invasion of Europe, to facilitate interrogation and communication of/between such nationals, captured POW's that enlisted in the German army, etc.
Nice official and rare!! set of USA Army language guides that will be a great piece for your WW2 collection!
