In the glass, the wine has an intense ruby red color with violet touches on the rim, and a fruity bouquet, an explosion of raspberries and cherries with Mediterranean notes of thyme and lavender and touches of white pepper, lilac and paprika.
On the palate, the entry is fresh and structured which then evolves on velvety and persistent notes of raspberries, blackberries with touches of dried tomatoes and tobacco.
Refines 70% in French oak barrels for 16 months with 40% of new wood, and the remaining 30% in an egg-shaped concrete tank.
