Aurélien Lurquin. Here is a name that is still little known but which, little by little, is establishing itself among the most attentive enthusiasts, looking for new wines that respect the characteristics of the grapes and soils. Located in Romery, in the Vallée de la Marne, this winemaker's property stands out for its small surface area: just 2.3 hectares. Quality is therefore privileged over quantity. This is demonstrated by an experience that combines the energy of plants, mineral sensations and the specific vital forces of each individual terroir with talent and passion. In this way, only 2,000 bottles of still wines and sparkling wines are produced from the typical local vines, with a majority of pinot noir (40%), a good percentage of chardonnay (35%), meunier (24%) and with a rarer variety: the petit meslier (1%). It should be noted that part of the production is sold on the market. A nugget, therefore, that attracts attention thanks to its rarity and its beautiful working philosophy.
