Full, with a meaty smokiness. Freshly cooked ham and burning logs are accompanied by a soft maritime character of spray and algae-covered shore stones.
Initially peppery and spicy with an intense mineral note that quickly becomes sweet and complex. The palate is surrounded by milky coffee, sweet milk chocolate and spicy cinnamon. There are also licorice and mango chutney with cinnamon. Heavy peat smoke hangs over everything.
Sweet, spicy and very long. Chocolate spiced with pepper and apple notes on the finish.
